[rssac-caucus] RSSAC Liaison to the Nominating Committee

Hi Carlos,

I would like to self-nominate myself for the role. Though I am relatively
new to the Caucus, I feel that I have the required motivation and energy to
do justice to the role.

However, if Alejandro likes to continue, I would strongly support his
continuation.
