Dear RSSAC Caucus Members,

The RSSAC has concluded the discussion of Metrics at their April 2019 Workshop. Below is the document that the RSSAC used to guide its discussions throughout the workshop. Some of the outcomes of the discussions are captured in it as well.

We finished a bit earlier than expected with metrics discussions, so this is also to let Caucus members know that there will be no RSSAC Caucus Metrics Work Party sessions tomorrow.
