Hello,

I have some comments about current Metrics document.

1. About terminology

  Please consider avoiding re-define English words.
  Re-defined words "Instance", "Measurement", "Metric", "Threshold"
  have their own meanings.

  Or, please use compound words. For example, "RSS Instance", "RSS
  Measurement", "RSS Metric", "RSS Metric Threshold".

2. To avoid mesurement point problems,
   how about measuring and comparing other domain name servers,
   such as "icann.org" and "net" name servers at the same time.

   When RTT/Loss rate for RSS and icann.org/net servers increased at a
   measurement point, the mesurement point may have troubles.
