<div>  As part of the review of new gTLD program for its security and stability impacts, ICANN recently contracted a study consortium led by TNO (includes SIDN and NLnet Labs) to conduct the continuous data-driven analysis of root server system. </div>

<div>  TNO recently gave RSSAC a briefing on its study plan and requested some input. Attached please find their presentation slides. If you have any feedback to this study (including the hypothesis) or have data to contribute, please let RSSAC or TNO know. </div>
