<div class="">Please add any comments to the Google doc by July 21st. After that I’ll work with Wes to produce a PDF for a final 48 hour review starting July 23rd and ending July 25th. If no comments are recieved during this final review the document will be
voted upon by the RSSAC during their Aug 7th meeting.</div>
