<p style="margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:black">The RSSAC has approved the attached Statement of Work (SoW) on “<b>Tool to Gather a Local Perspective of the Root Server System</b>”. This SoW calls for the
creation of the Local Perspective Tool Work Party with Ken Renard as the shepherd.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
