[RSS GWG] Health and Safety for RSS GWG Workshop

ICANN org is committed to providing as safe a space as possible for in-person attendees. Because of this, ICANN will require attendees to adhere to higher health and safety standards than may be required by local regulations. The following is a general overview of what to expect on-site during the meeting.

ICANN org will implement a comprehensive plan to ensure a safe and productive meeting, including but not limited to:

  *   All attendees will be required to show proof of being fully vaccinated and up to date against COVID-19, which, in most cases, includes booster shot(s).
  *   Daily COVID-19 rapid antigen tests (self-tests), provided by ICANN, which all attendees must use each day before entering the event space(s), though results will NOT be verified by ICANN org.
  *   Contact tracing measures.
  *   Mask wearing while indoors.
  *   Enhanced venue cleaning and contact safety measures.
  *   Enhanced food service handling and safety for catered services.
  *   Attendee acknowledgement to agree to health and safety measures.
