[RSS GWG] Please review: Materials for GWG sessions

Dear GWG,

With apologies for the delay and with thanks to Brad for preparing the attached slide deck, thank you for participating in the latest round of questionnaires. As you will see from the data, there is more alignment than not. The work sessions tomorrow during ICANN77 will focus on the governance principles where divergence exists. Brad would like the GWG to maximize the 5.5 hours together, so if you indicated a thumbs down or provided any comments, please come prepared with your reasoning and constructive edits to move the discussions forward. If the GWG finalizes the governance principles, then the sessions will move on to the interpretation notes. Reaching agreement on the governance principles is critical to building a governance structure with governance processes for the final model.
