Hi Sharon,
We greatly miss you - and Lutz and Lynn!  I wanted to share that 
Benedict absolutely created the "moment" of the meeting right at the end 
of the RAA session. I'll let him tell you about -- as he will remember 
all the words spoken -- but it took an entire serious, even difficult 
room, and everyone started to laugh and smile!  Now that takes some 
doing at ICANN :-)!
