However, I hope that it has enough structure and shape to encourage comment, debate, and input as we prepare for Marina del Rey.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>One issue I’ve struggled with is the structure.
