It's all still there! Lynn's chapter, Sarmad's chapter, all given prominence in new chapters<BR> - More and bolded subtitles, etc., to make the document easier to scan <BR><BR>Longer note: Emily, Peter and I have worked this weekend on the Gap Analysis, and breaking it into two chapters.
