<div>Hi Lynn<br><br>Thanks for all your work on the draft report, and the consumer study. <br><br>Do you remember that we discussed publishing one of the videos from the qual. study, showing people doing a WHOIS search? Did you make any progress with User Insight about that? I believe it would do so much more than the written word in conveying the difficulty that people have in finding this sort of information, and it's something that once you're "in" the industry, you sort of forget about.<br>
