was established by the ICANN Board in response to the Affirmation of Commitments to<br>review the effectiveness of ICANN’s WHOIS policies. On 5 December, 2011, the WHOIS<br>RT’s Initial Report was posted for public comment, and includes a series of<br>
recommendations to amend the WHOIS related obligations as listed in the RAA. <span style="color:rgb(51,51,255)">Due to</span><br style="color:rgb(51,51,255)"><span style="color:rgb(51,51,255)">the overlap of issues related to WHOIS, Staff believes that a PDP on WHOIS should</span><br style="color:rgb(51,51,255)">
