RZERC documents must never, ever be placed on or distributed from a third party’s platform. The T&C’s of that platform might change one day -- all of your data are belong to us -- or compel people to use unwanted, unwelcome crapware (Dropbox to pick one example at random) in order to view/modify that content.

RZERC already has a mailing list and a web site. That should be good enough. We shouldn’t need anything else for now. Maybe that’ll need to be reviewed if/when RZERC has something sensitive to discuss.
