[RZERC] Preparation for the 23 January 2017 Teleconference

Dear RZERC,

  Welcome back! Our next teleconference is on 23 January 2017 at 1700 UTC. Here are a few things staff suggests to get us ready:

 First, we have an action item to draft chair duties. I have compiled the input from the mailing list into a Google doc. I also added one question. Could you review /revise by close of business Friday 20 January 2017?

   Second, an agenda is needed for the next call. I have reviewed the action items/discussion points from the call and the mailing list and produced a first draft agenda. Could you review /revise by close of business Friday 20 January 2017?

  Finally, there were some questions raised to the staff about adding David Conrad and Matt to RZERC list, and the feedback that we have as many staff members as committee members subscribed to the list. My sincere apologies for not responding earlier, I will respond to it in a separate email.
