[RZERC] ICANN staff participation in RZERC

Dear RZERC Members,

RZERC is now a little more than one year old.  During our startup phase, a number of ICANN staff members have been subscribed to the mailing list and attending some of the meetings in order to ensure that RZERC has all the support it required.  Now that we have a completed procedures document and have held our first public meeting, I have requested that some of these staff members unsubscribe from the list and no longer join our regular meetings.

Moving forward Mario Aleman and Steve Sheng will continue to support RZERC and participate in the mailing list and meetings.

On behalf of RZERC I'd very much like to thank David Olive, Trang Nguyen, Glen de Saint Géry, and Kathy Schnitt for their help getting us going and guidance to make sure that the committee will be successful.
