Action Items for 02 August

  *   Everyone: review Section 2: Purpose and Section 3: Scope of Responsibility
  *   Tim: consider the discussion of Sections 2 and 3 and propose new language
  *   Danielle and Tim: work on summary document of topic scoping exercise that would be first draft of the discussed position paper to share before the next meeting
