As discussed in the 1 November 2022<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1olR1gSRcToAzuUy0rVE5TNYoVg-pEy2TxL2D-OSdvIk/edit#heading=h.yer332pij8q> RZERC Charter Review work session, this document has been reviewed and discussed by several RZERC members and there are no open comments or questions to resolve at this time. While the RZERC waits for the ICANN Board and ccNSO to appoint or reappoint their representatives to the RZERC, Tim April would like to confirm there is full consensus for the report among all current RZERC members.

Action Required: If you support the draft of the initial report of the RZERC Charter Review, please respond on the mailing list affirming your support for consensus.
