[RZERC] Updating monthly call to start after GWG Workshop Session 3

Dear RZERC members,

As many of you are involved in the GWG workshop this week, we are moving the monthly meeting start time to 19:30 UTC. The agenda is brief this month, but we need to have a meeting to kick off the Chair election. If most members are not able to make the call, I will provide an updated timeline for the Chair Election process and online vote.
