[RZERC] UPDATE: RZERC July meeting on 25 July

Dear RZERC members,

Tim April is not available for an RZERC meeting on 18 July. However, since the only work item is to finalize the draft of the RZERC Charter Review he is proposing moving it back one week to Tuesday, 25 July 2023 at 19:00 UTC.

To confirm the new meeting time, I kindly request that you all review your calendars and provide your availability for 25 July at 19:00 UTC. Please respond to this email with your confirmation and any additional agenda items you would like to discuss during the meeting.
