[RZERC] Update on BTC Review and Upcoming Consideration of Charter Amendments at ICANN79

Dear RZERC members,

I am writing to provide you with an important update regarding the proposed amendments to the RZERC Charter. The ICANN Board Technical Committee (BTC) completed its review of the final charter review report on 15 February 2024 and has recommended the full ICANN Board approve the proposed amendments. The full ICANN Board is scheduled to consider the proposed charter at ICANN79.
