[Ssr2-review] Agenda + Slides for 18 April Conference Call

Dear All,

First of all my apologies, I will not be able to attend the call this
evening due to time conflicts.

I have also read the current ToRv2 and have no additional comments. From
my point of view the document looks nearly complete. All remaining and
relevant issues were addressed by Kaveh and James.

I am looking forward to the final draft of the ToR ;-)
