Hi Kerry

Thanks for your note.  I'm not quite sure that I understand the meaning of
your message/question.  Would it be possible for you to clarify?  Sorry to
have missed the meaning.

I was also very interested in your comments on the last call about a legal
analysis (or at least plain English one) of the bylaws relating to our
mandate.  Would you be prepared to prepare something on this for the group?
