[Ssr2-review] Draft updated work plan

This is excellent and I’m very happy to see this.
I will put a review of the sub team tasks for IANA on our IANA sub team call to refine dates and steps and make sure we give a progress report back to the plenary based on these task items for the plenary after next.

Dear Team members,

Please find attached an updated draft work plan -- in a spreadsheet and as a gant chart -- for your consideration.

As discussed, we need to add more detail and dates to our work plan, including our sub-topic group work. Among other things, this will help us understand and agree on the steps we need to take, and to help track the elements and pace of work for our chosen deliverables.

I’ll work with staff to put this on google docs/sheets (or other shared platform of choice) so all Team members can edit and update.
