[Ssr2-review] Draft updated work plan

Dear Denise and Eric,

Having drafted several versions of the workplan at your request and receiving your approval of the template, I am seeking a clarification of the version you have proposed for the SSR2 workplan and timeline, as it appears to take a different approach.  During Plenary #20<https://community.icann.org/display/SSR/SSR2+Meeting+%2320+-++25+July+2017+@+14%3A00+UTC?preview=/66087444/69277265/SSR2_Review_Team_Meeting__20__25_July_2017.pdf> on July 25th, we presented a template for a workplan to the Review Team, and during that discussion Eric indicated acceptance of the template, and you indicated approval of the template along with a request for staff to move forward with adding more substance, including details for the subgroups to use to begin populating their activities.

The Action Item was captured on the SSR2 Tracker as item #95  https://community.icann.org/display/SSR/SSR2+Meeting+%2320+-++25+July+2017+@+14%3A00+UTC?preview=/66087444/69272990/SSR2-Plenary20-Slides-Draftv1.1.pdf.

Staff completed this Action Item by providing the Co-Chairs with a more robust and detailed draft of the workplan (see attached) on August 11th for review before it was to be shared with the Review Team.

Please advise which of these various versions the Review Team will use as their workplan and timeline so that we can post the appropriate one on the SSR2 wiki page, and ensure that it is made available to the community as a living document on the progress of the work of the Review Team.

Dear Team members,

Please find attached an updated draft work plan -- in a spreadsheet and as a gant chart -- for your consideration.

As discussed, we need to add more detail and dates to our work plan, including our sub-topic group work. Among other things, this will help us understand and agree on the steps we need to take, and to help track the elements and pace of work for our chosen deliverables.

I’ll work with staff to put this on google docs/sheets (or other shared platform of choice) so all Team members can edit and update.
