[Ssr2-review] working on the new WORKPLAN for the SSR1 subgroup

Hi, Alain.

In line with my last email to the Team….yes, we’re keeping the sub-group but suspending separate sub-group calls. As we’ve noted, this particular sub-group does not have enough members and a stronger focus is needed on these work items. We’re hopeful that making this a focus of Tuesday’s Team call will help.  I agree that making this sub-group the main contact for the gap analysis consultant makes sense.  Eric and I will come back to the Team on the process for engaging consultants.

Will you be on Tuesday’s Team call?
