Please see below for responses to your requests, listed as action item 130 on the tracker.


  1.  Fix the broken links in the Final Implementation Report and ensure that relevant references have links (if it’s noted in the report as relevant to implementation, please make sure there’s a link to information about it).

Thank you for identifying the broken links, which have now been fixed in the Final Implementation Report<https://community.icann.org/download/attachments/54691765/SSR%20Recs%201-28.pdf?api=v2>. Please let us know if you find any other broken links.


  1.  Put all the documentation/information (links) for each Recommendation together in one place. Some are linked in the Final Implementation Report, some are listed under “Background Materials” in our wiki and others…. ?

The SSR1 subgroup wiki page<https://community.icann.org/display/SSR/Subgroup+%231+-+SSR1+Review> contains links to SSR1 Implementation home page, the Final Implementation Report, and a Google document<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1-Q9U68DALXswJ46zyWPX_1PBnsVL1-_ag26w0ohylRY/edit?usp=sharing> of the briefing materials that were presented to the review team. This information was compiled in one place in response to action item 103 on the tracking tool. To the Google doc, we’ve now also added links to the transcripts and Adobe Connect recordings from each of the briefing sessions.


  1.  In each Recommendation, provide completion dates for each listed “deliverable” that has a check-mark under “due date” instead of an actual date

As was outlined in our response to this ask in action item 104, the Final Implementation Report identifies implementation completion dates for each recommendation, as a whole. Completion dates for each of the listed deliverables are not available. However, we will take on board the suggestion to provide this data on future implementation efforts.

Dear Staff.

I think my request around SSR1 implementation information was lost, so I’m restating here and ask that you add it to the Team’s task list.

As Alain has said, we need to assemble and review information pertaining to SSR implementation before moving to the next step.  That’s made difficult by the often incomplete and disparate information provided to document completion of each recommendation. We’ve seen that a great deal of work has been done to implement many Recommendations, but it’s hard to get our hands/heads around that with the current state of information.

Here’s the request:
