Hi all,

With so many Reviews occurring, we know it can sometimes be difficult to stay on top of recent developments and find opportunities to participate. To support your work and increase community awareness and engagement of Reviews, we would like to introduce some improvements to the way that we are sharing information using Review-related pages on ICANN.org and the ICANN wiki. This includes:

1) Improving wiki landing pages to provide community members with the latest news, updates, and opportunities to participate. We want to make it easy for community members to stay-up-to date on the latest review activities and understand all of the different ways that they can get involved. Wiki-landing pages also provide a high-level introduction to the focus of each Review, provides and introduction to Review Team members, and shares what stage the Review is in. Click here<https://community.icann.org/display/WHO/RDS-WHOIS2+Review> to see an example of this new format on the RDS-WHOIS2-RT wiki.

2) Adding navigation “quick-links” to Review pages on ICANN.org. To make it easier for stakeholders to navigate to the information they need, we have created quick-links to ICANN.org Review-related pages. This will allow community members to know what information is available and more easily find the key information they need. Please click here<https://www.icann.org/resources/reviews/specific-reviews/whois> to see an example.

As part of our communications outreach we’ll be driving traffic to these pages over the course of the review. Together these activities represent a first step in our efforts to simplify and standardize our communications process in order to remove barriers to participation and improve community awareness and engagement in the great work that you do. Please let us know if you have any questions.
