[Ssr2-review] From Patrick Jones - SSR2 Briefing on Outreach

Hello,

Still not clear the roles, relationship,  boundaries between all of these entities  involved in outreach and engagement on the SSR issues inside ICANN and how they engage the ICANN communities. Make it difficult to assess actions, effectiveness and impacts. 
May be as we go with the review, ask for outreach plan and activities  on specifics.
