[Ssr2-review] SSR2 Proposed Time Slots and Meeting Dates

The schedule sound good although I will not be able to participate calls schedule on 2100 UTC due to connection and power challenges.



All other call slots are ok to me except the one highlighted above.

For the RT’s consideration,

 

Here is the proposed rotation for SSR2 calls based on availability and consideration of RT members home time zones.

 

The best time slots for the call rotation are 0600 UTC, 1400 UTC and 2100 UTC.  

 

The best day to hold the call appears to be Tuesday.

 

This means that the rotation if agreed could look as follows:

 

28 March         1400 UTC

4 April             2100 UTC

11 April           0600 UTC

18 April           1400 UTC

25 April           2100 UTC

 

 

Face-to-Face SSR2 RT meetings are scheduled and planning for the following dates and locations:

May 13-15       Madrid in conjunction with the DNS Symposium (Confirmed)

 

June                 Johannesburg at ICANN59 – Planned 

(date(s) to be confirmed between June 26-29)

 

October           Abu Dhabi at ICANN60 – Planned

(date(s) to be confirmed between October 28-November 3)

March              San Juan, Puerto Rico at ICANN61– Planned
