[Ssr2-review] SSR2 Plenary #4 Draft Action Items

Hi Jennifer

Thank you for this.  I'm sure Denise may have some additional comments, as
she noted down the action items during the call.

One extra one that I can think of is - Review draft Scope and Work Plan and
make comments on the list - RT members - from 1 April
