[Ssr2-review] Important: Response needed by Monday

Dear Review Team members:

We need to come to closure by Tuesday on the Team’s proposed meeting in Johannesburg.  Some comments on the last Team call raised questions about the ability of 11 members to attend a meeting in Johannesburg in person (last doodle poll indicated 11 members could attend).  While we hope the Team can meet in conjunction with the ICANN meeting and have the benefit of interacting with the ICANN community, if members’ availability has significantly changed, the co-chairs will need to explore an alternate meeting location and date, ASAP.

Important:  No later than Mon 20:00 UTC, please email MSSI Secretariat mssi-secretariat at icann.org<mailto:mssi-secretariat at icann.org> directly with the subject “SSR2 Johannesburg” and your response to this:


·         I can attend an SSR2 Team meeting in Johannesburg 24-25 June – …….. (Yes or No)
