Below are the draft action items from the SSR2 face-to-face meeting in Madrid. Please advise any edits. Additionally:


•       Here is the link to the ICANN technical portal (also posted to wiki background materials): https://www.icann.org/technology

•       A document of topics the team identified for potential inclusion in the review is also attached, based on the discussion during the meeting. Note this doc also notes those who volunteered for each subgroup.
