[Ssr2-review] Meet-up now a ICANN registration desk

Thank you Denis for this updates.

It look like we are loosing trust among team members. It sound like if you
meet two or three members discussing on logistical issues you need to
update the entire team?

There are have been a lot of meeting notification related to Board meeting
which is confusing which one to follow.

I have two remote participation:
1.   https://participate.icann.org/board1
 2.  https://participate.icann.org/abu60-hallac

Hoping that both point to the same meeting.
