[Ssr2-review] Action Required, Please Respond - Adobe Room Troubleshooting Meeting

Hi Mr. Matogoro –

Good day, I am not sure if you received the email message below sent on Tuesday but we are attempting to schedule a troubleshooting AC Room session with you, our I.T. Dept., and Adobe Connect Support to resolve the Adobe Room issues you were having as quickly as possible.  Unfortunately we have not received a response as of yet. Does the 15:30 UTC timeslot on Friday, 15 September work for you?

Per our Skype conversation today, we are working on setting up an Adobe Room Troubleshooting meeting with yourself, I.T. and Adobe Support so we can resolve the urgent Adobe Room issues.

Originally, it was to be scheduled 20 minutes before the Tuesday SSR2 meeting – unfortunately, Adobe Connect Support is not available at that time. As this matter is urgent to be addressed before the next call, does 15:30 UTC on Friday, 15 September work for you instead?  Please advise so we may schedule the meeting, thank you.
