[Ssr2-review] NDA Form

Hi,

I  am sufficiently uncomfortable in signing an NDA in relation to a supposedly
open review  exercise that I feel that my continued participation in this
subgroup would be inappropriate for me. Accordingly, I wish to resign from
this subgroup, effective immediately.
