Dear Jennifer and Team,

It is my hope that you are all finalizing planning logistics for the coming face to face meeting. I am very Sorry that I am Missing it.

Despite the fact that I discussed the importance of using highly acceptable methodologies for our work would also like to bring this to the team to discuss and agree. The methodology Will lead us to have SMART recommendations with high level of validity and reliability. It will provide a room for anyone using the similar approach reach to the same conclusions if all other parameters are unchanged.

In the previous RT work we have used some methodologies but in unorganized approach. Let us try to organize them in this phase prior to RT work in this phase.

In addition, we also need to re-organize the outreach engagement with different stakeholder (SO/AC) with kind of structured interview questions or focus group discussion that Will lead us to correct useful inputs related to SSR from these groups. Security, Stability and resilience ya very complex terms with no agreed definition and/or standard among various stakeholders therefore need kind of guiding approach meeting our directions and interpretation.

@Jennifer @Phil, could you please help to share me emails for RT representing ALAC in this team so that we can also re-organize our self and have better representation from ALAC.

We need also to have reporting strategy to our SO/AC to avoid any inconveniences like the one we faced last time.

Regards,
Matogoro
