Please see attached my take on edits and comments on the ToR. This is the version end of Thursday 8/23/18, day two F2F, D.C.

Please keep in mind that I followed this discussion and resulting edit suggestions as well as I could — thus, my notes may be incomplete or not perfectly capturing the comments made.
