[Ssr2-review] Please draft report text for the SSR1 recommendations that you investigated

Dear KC, 

We looked at this one first because it seemed rather uncontroversial and because I could prepare it quickly; it was also the “pilot”. Without question, some recommendations will take more time and editing. 

Happy to help with extra discussions, as long as I have some lead time.
