[Ssr2-review] Action items - calls & meeting

Hi,

This rotation of call times was not terribly successful last time, and I have no grounds for optimism that it will be any better this time around. As I recall the 0500 UTC call was not attended by many, and the constant rotation of the call times meant chaos in scheduling around these calls.
