[Ssr2-review] Action items - calls & meeting

Being a new member, but having worked with international teams and knowing the pain of scheduling. My recommendation would be to have two calls vs three. Once a week should work for now, we can always add another if the need requires. I think we should send out a doodle to request what two general Thursday times works best for everyone.

Hi. Yes, initially the Team chose 3 rotating times to "share the pain" and went down to 2 due to lack of attendance at the 0500 (or there about) time slot. Staff has again suggested 3 call times, given the distribution of members.

If 0500 is dropped, do our Asia/Pacific members feel 1300 and/or 2000 meets their needs?

        Hi,

This rotation of call times was not terribly successful last time, and I have no grounds for optimism that it will be any better this time around. As I recall the 0500 UTC call was not attended by many, and the constant rotation of the call times meant chaos in scheduling around these calls.

Bi-weekly? Previously we held times on the calendar each week and cancelled if not needed. If you have preferences, please post on the list before tomorrow.
