[Ssr2-review] Proposed call time slots

Tuesdays at 13:00 UTC are out for me.  
20:00 UTC is okay.  05:00 would be hit and miss.

Any of the times on Thursday work.  Preferably 13:00 and/or 20:00 UTC.
