[Ssr2-review] Proposed call time slots

Hi Jennifer, et al,

Tuesdays are far better for me than Thursdays.  On Tuesdays, I will be able to do either 13:00 UTC or 20:00 UTC, but may have trouble being reliably available for 05:00 UTC.  Thursday will be much tighter and I may only have regular availability at 13:00 UTC.
