[Ssr2-review] disclosure: kc nominated to serve on atrt

i volunteered to let SSAC nominate me for ATRT,
thinking i could amortize the cost of all this 
A&T reading i've been doing (and because SSAC
needed volunteers).

i was cautioned about not just workload but
conflicts with F2F meetings at ICANN, if either
gets to be too much i will step down from ATRT.
