[Ssr2-review] Draft work plan - please review edit by Friday

hi.

Column B seems okay
the other columns seem a bit ..aspirational.
i don't know by what metric we're 80% done with a 'gap analysis'.
or 30% done wiht a 'draft summary note of key findings'.

Do these other columns get published outside of this list?
It seems like we need to publish Column B with some expansio n
of what we mean by each of these tasks, or is this considered
already published in the wiki?

Anyway, I defer to others who have been on the committee longer
to know what's appropriate here..
