[Ssr2-review] Draft Blog and SO/AC Chair Letter -- edits by Sept. 2

Thanks for the pointers to other blogs.  The CCT RT put a picture at the top of their blog, and that seems appropriate for the "re-start" message here.

Thanks for putting this together.  I have attached some editorial suggestions in the attachment. None are big.  Accept or reject to easily accommodate the suggestions by others.
