[Ssr2-review] Draft Blog and SO/AC Chair Letter -- edits by Sept. 2

Draft looks fine to me, though a little long.

Just an inquiry. Is it fine to mention affiliations of SO/AC with each new
member (in parenthesis) in the draft?
