[Ssr2-review] Final 4 Sept 18 blog and SO/AC Chairs email

Thank you Denise. I noted that the affiliations were already mentioned on
the wiki. The reason I suggested that was because there are two new members
from SSAC and if looked from the standpoint of PAUSE of RT, it could be an
important inherent message to the community that some confidence building
measures are already taken.

Anyways, I have no objection keeping it as is.
