[Ssr2-review] Draft Comms/Outreach Plan for review and approval

Dear Denise and Colleagues,

Due to the fact that ICANN has a number of constituents and stakeholders
engaged in different capacity and some of these would be in a good position
of sharing their inputs on SSR issue during the Outreach session. Can we
have more members joining the preparation of this template to help us
collect detailed information related to SSR?
