Hello,

Below is the reference of the DNS CERT initiative which i mentioned yesterday. I was conducted in 2009 and 2010 and failed.

Was wondering if  the  "Centre of excellency “  idea is not  another way of  filling a vacuum of  institution and mechanisms to combat DNS abuses and others security related issues  to the DNS.
